We are looking for a Learning Assistant to join our team here at Kingswood Primary Academy!

Assist with classroom organisation and ensure a safe, stimulating learning environment.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families, contributing to our inclusive ethos.
Support pupils during off-site visits and collaborate with external agencies when needed.
A caring, proactive individual who enjoys working with children. Experience of supporting children with SEND.
GCSEs in English and Maths. Teaching Assistant qualifications or experience would be an advantage.
Qualifications or experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs would also be an advantage.
Someone who communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.
A role model who upholds high expectations and promotes positive behaviour.
