About Kingfisher Primary Academy Kingfisher Primary Academy is a thriving two-form entry school with a 52-place nursery, located in the heart of Doncaster. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored 1:1 support to pupils, ensuring they can access learning and fully participate in school life Support the delivery of a therapeutic, broad and balanced curriculum adapted to meet individual needs Work closely with teachers and senior leaders to adapt learning in line with SEND requirements Promote pupils’ independence, confidence and emotional wellbeing Support pupils’ health, welfare and personal care needs where required Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues to support consistent progress What We’re Looking For Shares a strong belief that every child can succeed Passionate about inclusive education and early intervention Experience supporting children with additional or complex needs (desirable) Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children and adults Patient, proactive and adaptable to meet the needs of individual pupils Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Interested in Applying?
