About the role

Essential:

English and Maths GCSE at Grade C or equivalent Appropriate qualification to at least NVQ Level 2 or equivalent

Experience of working in a similar post

or with young people in an educational or caring situation

Experience of working with children in a

classroom Knowledge of interventions for SEN students

Good level of IT Skills

Ability to work closely as a member of a team and able to adapt to the varying demands of differing students. Ability to positively relate to students with challenging behaviour. Ability to work with small groups of students under supervision

Motivated individual who demonstrates initiative and who aims for very high standards.

A commitment to the Inclusion of all children

Good communication skills
