Location: Isle of Ely Primary School, Ely, Cambridgeshire Contract: Part Time & Full Time, Permanent Working Pattern: 08:15 - 15:15 Monday - Friday, Term Time Plus (39 weeks) (x2 Full Time 32.5 hours, x1 Part time 21 hours) Salary: ALT Grade D £19,724.88 - £20.193.48 Annually Actual We are looking for Teaching Assistant's (Level 2) to join the team at Isle of Ely Primary School, a welcoming primary school in Ely where children are encouraged to learn, grow and achieve together. This role is about making a meaningful difference through high-quality classroom support, helping pupils engage confidently in learning while providing tailored assistance for those who need additional support. Working closely with teachers, families and colleagues, the successful candidate will contribute to an inclusive environment where every child can succeed academically, socially and emotionally. It is an opportunity for a caring, adaptable and committed practitioner to play a valued part in school life. Summary of Key Responsibilities Support individuals and small groups to access learning and make progress in the classrooms Deliver planned learning activities under teacher direction, adapting support to pupils' needs. Promote inclusion, independence, positive behaviour and engagement in learning. Provide targeted support for pupils with SEND and other additional needs, including social and emotional development. Monitor, record and feedback on pupil progress, while maintaining positive relationships with families, colleagues and external professionals. Why Join Our Trust?
