Teaching Assistant

We are looking to expand our team of Teaching Assistants, to provide support to children in our wonderful village school where staff are passionate about providing the best outcomes for all children. We are looking for someone who is reliable, energetic, and fully committed to children’s learning. You will be able to demonstrate initiative, behaviour management skills, and a flexible, positive approach to your work. Our focus is on meeting the individual needs of every child to ensure they develop the skills they need to reach their full potential. The role is for 31.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only and is to start as soon as possible. At Hertford Heath Primary School & Nursery we have a friendly and happy staff team. We have polite, focused and very well-behaved children. Our parents are supportive and engaged in school life, with an active and supportive PTA. Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
