About the role

We are looking for you to:

have energy and enthusiasm
have experience of working with children
have high expectations and aspirations for all children
provide children with memorable and positive experiences
have an interest in teaching and learning
be flexible and creative, with an ability to problem solve and use of initiative
support children with special educational needs with the guidance of the class

teacher and SENCO

support school health and safety policies to keep the children safe
support school behaviour and mental health policy

Experience of supporting children one-to-one or in groups with learning or behavioural needs would be desirable.
