Job description

Physically strong and resilient. Ability to manage challenging behaviour. Able to respond quickly to unexpected situations. Calm and patient, particularly in difficult situations. Kind and caring nature with the ability to support children’s physical, social and emotional needs. Willingness to take part in outdoor activities in all weather conditions. Passionate about enriching the lives of SEND Children. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Flexible and reliable. Knowledge of safeguarding. Experience of working with SEND children with an autism diagnosis
