About the role

This post will be to work 1:1 with a child in Reception/KS1 classes and is a fixed term contract for 1 year and will also include lunch duties. Experience of working with children in the EYFS/KS1 phase, and those with SEND, would be desirable; as would any specialist training such as STARs.

The successful candidate will:

be able to motivate and engage children be able to form professional and nurturing relationships with children demonstrate a calm, proactive approach to behaviour management work effectively in a team and build positive relationships be able to apply good organisational and communication skills be able to use their initiative, learn and adapt have a positive attitude and a good sense of humour
