The Farnley Academy is seeking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic colleague to the role of Level 1 Teaching Assistant. This role is of significant importance to our academy and offers an exciting opportunity to support students in accessing learning, achieving their potential and thriving within a positive and inclusive environment.
Working under the direction of teaching staff, the successful candidate will provide classroom support, promote pupils' learning and development, and contribute to their wellbeing, safety and inclusion. They will establish positive relationships with students, act as a role model and play a key role in supporting high standards of teaching and learning across the academy.
GCSE grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
