About the role

Teaching Assistants

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 34.5 hours per week Salary: NJC L2 pts 4-5 £20,992 - £21,324 Start date: November 2026 Closing date: 12:00pm on Monday 19th October 2026 Location: Linslade School We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our experienced and friendly Learning Support Team. We are looking for an exceptional colleague to be part of our school’s commitment to raise standards, but, above all, to enable pupils with additional needs to access learning; both inside and outside the classroom. The successful applicant will need to possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate that they have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, as well as a calm, positive and encouraging personality.
