Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities and Tasks: Support for Pupils Attend to pupils’ personal needs and implement individual care programmes, including those related to health, hygiene, first aid, and welfare. Supervise and support pupils to ensure their safety and access to learning. Build positive relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs. Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils, encouraging participation and independence. Support pupils in engaging with teacher-led activities and peer interactions. Support for Teachers Prepare the classroom for lessons and assist with tidying and displaying pupils’ work. Monitor and report on pupil progress, behaviour, and achievements to the teacher.
