Teaching Assistant

You will:

• be a good role model for our pupils
• promote the achievement of every child
• work effectively as part of a team
• motivate and inspire children and colleagues
• be committed to building strong parental and professional links
• Have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English
• Have direct experience of working with children with additional learning needs and/or be willing to undertake specialist training.

You will be expected to show a strong commitment towards developing inclusive learning opportunities for the children and the flexibility to work across the Key Stages.
