Job description
Aside to the personnel specification, the right candidate will:
Be
committed to the safeguarding of all children;
Enjoy
working with children; motivating and enthusing them;
Have
a calming and caring manner;
Have
experience of supporting children with SEND in their learning;
Be
committed to raising standards for all groups of children;
Have
excellent communication skills;
Be
able to show initiative;
Be
able to work as part of our team; flexible and adaptable;
Be
first aid trained/willing to undertake first aid training.
