Are you passionate about helping young people succeed? Do you enjoy supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their very best? As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students to support learning both within and beyond the classroom. You will help pupils access the curriculum, build their confidence and independence, and make positive progress in their education. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where all students can flourish.

You will work under the guidance of teachers to provide learning, care and support programmes that enable students to access education and achieve their learning goals. This may include supporting pupils individually or in groups, assisting with the implementation of education and behaviour plans, delivering intervention programmes, monitoring progress, promoting positive behaviour and helping to create an engaging classroom environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and making a positive difference to young people's lives. It would particularly suit those considering a future career in teaching, educational support or wider children's services.
