Fri , 9am-5pm Skills and Qualifications:- A genuine interest in working with primary-aged children - Good communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from teaching staff - Basic organisational skills to support enrichment activities - Patience, empathy, and understanding towards diverse needs of pupils Values and Attitudes:- Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the school community - Positive attitude towards supporting every child’s individual development- Enthusiasm for creating an engaging, safe, and welcoming environment- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism at all times- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks as needed throughout the school day
