We are looking to appoint a caring, dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. This fixed-term position will involve providing tailored support for a Key Stage 2 pupil, helping them to access learning, develop confidence and thrive both academically and socially. We are looking for someone who: Has experience of supporting children with SEND. Has knowledge of, or experience in, using de-escalation strategies to support children effectively. Demonstrates strong literacy and numeracy skills. Is positive, flexible and enthusiastic, with a good sense of humour. Can build strong relationships with children, staff and families. Works effectively as part of a team and is willing to contribute to the wider life of the school. Is committed to helping all children feel happy, safe and successful.
