What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting pupils in a range of learning environments, based on their Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs) Working with specialist equipment and technologies Promoting pupil wellbeing, dignity, and independence, including personal care and healthcare routines Supporting and leading positive behaviour management using the Team Teach approach Collaborating with teaching staff to prepare, deliver and support engaging learning activities Contributing to a warm, inclusive and values-driven school culture What We’re Looking For: Experience working with or caring for children, ideally those with special educational needs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A team player who’s flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of pupils A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice A calm, empathetic and proactive attitude What We Offer: A supportive, values-led Trust with a strong focus on staff wellbeing and development Opportunities to work across schools in the Trust and be part of a collaborative team A meaningful role where every day makes a difference in the lives of young people Informal Interaction Opportunity: As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will take part in an informal pupil engagement session.
