You will have previous experience working with children across the primary age range and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike. We are looking for someone who can work in partnership with the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom, assisting pupils to learn and reach their full potential. An understanding of relational approaches would also be beneficial along with delivering well-being interventions such as Emotional Logic or the use of Colourful Semantics.
