About the of the Role We are looking for a High Level Teaching Assistant who: Will be fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of our school Will work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils Promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion Give support to pupils, individually, in groups and classes so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement Is well organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is enthusiastic and works well as part of a team Is committed to children’s welfare and safeguarding
