We are looking for someone who: • is committed and able to enhance our team ethos, working in partnership with the Executive Headteacher, Senior Leaders, Specialist Resource Teacher, Governors and staff to strategically drive our federation forward; • has a passion to develop the whole child and promote our caring, inclusive ethos and positive behaviour management; • is able to develop and maintain relationships with parents and the community; • have, or be working towards, relevant experience/qualifications linked to the requirements of the position.
