The Role We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with teachers and pupils, providing high-quality support that helps children overcome barriers, engage in learning and achieve their full potential. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting learning both in and out of the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities Support pupils' learning and development within the classroom and through small group or individual interventions. Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning activities and provide effective classroom support. Encourage positive behaviour, independence and confidence in pupils. Assist with the preparation of learning resources and classroom environments. Support pupils with additional needs to access learning and make progress. Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staff. Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
