Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to support the team at Finedon Mulso C of E Junior School. The role will include supporting individual and small groups of pupils with SEND as well as class support. We are looking for someone who: Wants to work with enthusiastic and well-behaved children Build positive relationships with pupils Values personal development as well as academic achievement Has good literacy and numeracy skills Experience in Read, Write Inc and phonic knowledge Demonstrates enthusiasm for all teaching and learning activities Has experience of working with pupils with a variety of needs Is dedicated to providing the best education experience for our children. Our dedicated leadership team is committed to continuous improvement. We work together with our partner schools in the Learning for Life Education Trust, a locally based multi-academy trust. Hours of work: You will be required to work 31 hours and 40 minutes per week Monday-Friday, 38 weeks per year. Daily hours are 8:35- 3:25 with 30 minutes for lunch. Please note that holidays cannot be taken in term time, but an allowance for holiday entitlement is paid accordingly. Contract: This is a fixed term contact until the 31st August 2027.
