About the role

As a Teaching Assistant - Level 3, at St Jude’s CofE Primary Academy, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, helping pupils to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. Guided by the school’s Christian ethos and its belief that “Children are the Rainbow of the World,” you will contribute to a caring, inclusive environment where every child is valued, nurtured, and encouraged to flourish. Through your commitment to high expectations, teamwork, and professional practice, you will make a meaningful contribution to the school’s mission of developing happy, confident learners who are inspired to have the highest aspirations to achieve their best within a supportive Christian community. The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, experience of working with children and will demonstrate a passion for education.
