Job description

Start date: As soon as possible Fixed term until August 2027 30 hours per week (including lunchtimes) The Headteacher and Governing Body are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, skilled and hardworking person as an Educational Teaching Assistant to join the team within our caring and welcoming school community. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a clear dedication for engaging and inspiring children. You must have a proven track record of working in partnership with class teachers and with children with SEN. The position will suit an experienced ETA with EY experience. We are looking for someone who will: Be flexible and able to work well as part of a team. Be able to communicate effectively with children and have a calm and patient working manner. Have good basic literacy and mathematical skills and knowledge Enjoy challenge and embrace change. Be passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential. Will work well under direction and offer their own initiative / creativity. Have some experience of being in charge of a larger group of children.
