Full Time Fixed term contract to cover parental leave Start Date - as soon as possible following pre-employment checks End Date - 31/8/2027 Elston Hall Learning Trust is looking to recruit an outstanding and inspirational Leader to join our team for the 2026/27 academic year. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact across all schools within our Trust, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring every child achieves their full potential. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with a proven ability to improve outcomes, lead strategic developments, and successfully deliver whole-school improvement initiatives. This role will require you to: Lead the Trust's school improvement strategy and initiatives. Support Headteachers in identifying priorities and developing robust School Improvement Plans. Analyse performance data, national trends and local priorities to drive improvement. Monitor, evaluate and review the impact of school improvement actions. Provide challenge, support and guidance to school leaders. Lead and develop professional learning opportunities across the Trust. Promote excellence in teaching, learning and curriculum development. Report on school improvement activity to Trust leaders, including trustees.
