About the role

Aspire Academy is a large Alternative Provision in Hull, working with young people who have found mainstream education difficult. Many of our students arrive with complex needs, including a growing number with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and significant social, emotional and mental health needs. We are a school on a journey. We have a clear vision and a committed staff team, and we now want to strengthen our senior leadership with someone who will lead the culture our young people experience every day. The AVP for Community and Culture will oversee attitudes to learning, pastoral support and the day-to-day climate of the school.
