GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEMH Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision in Birmingham (B12) . This role is ideal for someone experienced in supporting students with challenging behaviour and complex needs. About the Role You will provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs, helping them regulate emotions, engage in learning and build positive relationships.
