Job description

ESSENTIAL GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or equivalent). Right to work in the UK Working or volunteering in a primary school setting. Ability to adapt learning materials on the spot. Literate and numerate. Kindness and a sense of humour Patience, resilience, and empathy Excellent communication skills for staff and parents Flexible approach to changing daily routines Willingness to support Church school vision and values. Commitment to school safeguarding policies Enhanced DBS check clearance DESIRABLE Experience supporting children with SEND (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH) Delivering specific interventions (e.g., phonics, speech & language) • Working 1:1 with high-needs EHCP funding Behaviour management and de-escalation skills Recent, Safeguarding / Child Protection training
