About the role

Thank you for showing an interest in the advertised position of Administrative Assistant at our school. This important role is part of our ongoing commitment to delivering the highest standards of education and support to our children, families, and staff. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the school office, contributing to the overall efficiency and welcoming environment of our school. We are seeking to appoint a flexible, committed individual to join our welcoming administrative team. Ideally you will have experience of working within a school office environment. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced administrative assistants who are looking to work in a small and friendly OFSTED rated ‘good’ school (2018) and DIOCESAN rated ‘outstanding’ school (2020.) The successful person will have the following: - Commitment to upholding the Catholic ethos and values of the school - Initiative to work on your own and as part of a whole school team - Flexibility to adjust plans to individual circumstances - Be highly organised and able to work to deadlines - Have experience in an administrative role - Show initiative in a busy environment - flexible and able to respond to change quickly and effectively - Be inspired to work towards forming and guiding the health and well-being of all our children - Committed to excellence - Passionate about their role - Have a desire to develop themselves and their career If you want to be part of something special and feel you can contribute your strengths and make a difference, we look forward to hearing from you.
