Job description

Across our EEG SEND provisions in Sudbury and Bury St Edmunds 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Permanent Salary: £32,598 per annum- £36,363 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience) Actual Salary: £27,675 per annum- £30,869 per annum We are seeking an Admissions and Review Officer to support learner admissions and statutory review processes across Eastern Education Group's SEND provision. Working closely with students, parents and carers, staff, local authorities and external agencies, you will help ensure learners are placed in the most appropriate provision and receive the support they need to achieve positive outcomes. The role involves coordinating admissions activity, chairing Annual Reviews, managing documentation and reports, supporting transition planning, and ensuring compliance with SEND legislation and best practice. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Group to support high-quality, inclusive provision for learners with SEND. The successful candidate will have experience working within a SEND environment, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. A commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality and inclusion is essential. Please note that this role will require some travel between SEND provisions across Eastern Education Group, therefore access to reliable transport is essential.
