The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will: • Plan and deliver creative, engaging and differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs. • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment. • Work closely with teaching assistants and a multidisciplinary team to support pupil progress. • Contribute to EHCP targets, assessments and annual reviews. • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where appropriate. • Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues. • Promote communication, independence, emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour. About You We are looking for someone who: • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) . • Has a genuine passion for working with children and young people with special educational needs. • Can adapt their teaching to meet a wide range of learning needs. • Has strong communication and classroom management skills. • Works well as part of a collaborative team. • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
