Experience doesn't have to come from a school setting , but transferable skills and experience must be demonstrated during the onboarding process. Essential: • Experience working with children or young people in education, youth work, care, sports, coaching, mentoring, or similar transferable settings. • A calm, patient, and resilient approach , with the ability to build positive relationships and manage challenges effectively. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills , alongside a genuine commitment to student wellbeing and achievement. • An understanding of the social, emotional, and developmental needs of secondary-aged students, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
