Role overview:
As a School Administrator, you will be central to the efficient functioning of the school. You will provide comprehensive administrative support across departments, ensuring that staff, students, and parents receive a professional and responsive service.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage front office operations, including handling enquiries from parents, staff, and visitors
• Maintain accurate student records using school systems (e.g., SIMS or Arbor)
• Support attendance, admissions, and general school administration processes
• Coordinate communications including emails, letters, and internal notices
• Assist with safeguarding administration, ensuring compliance with policies
• Provide administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff
• Organise meetings, events, and school documentation
