Job Title: Data Apprentice Are you passionate about data, technology, and problem-solving? Do you want to gain valuable workplace experience while working towards a recognised qualification? DSLV E-ACT Academy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Data Apprentice to join our team and play a key role in supporting the effective use of data across the academy. This is an exciting opportunity to develop practical skills in data management, reporting, analysis, and business administration within a busy educational environment. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, gaining hands-on experience while learning how data can drive school improvement and support student success.
Assist with the production of reports, dashboards, and data analysis for academy leaders. Maintain student, staff, and operational records within academy systems. Help monitor data quality and identify discrepancies for correction. Ensure all data is handled securely and in line with GDPR and academy policies Work collaboratively with academy staff to promote effective use of data across departments. Pay range: Apprentice Rate 1: £13,574.91 - 37 hours a week, 39 weeks a year FTE: £15,434.33 per annum - 37 hours a week, 52 weeks a year
GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent), or willingness to achieve these as part of the apprenticeship. Competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. A willingness to learn and develop new skills. A keen interest in data, technology, and analytics.
