ATTENDANCE SUPPORT ASSISTANT Salary: NJC Scale 4, Points 7 to 11 (£26,403 to £28,142 per annum FTE). Actual salary £22,341 per annum on point 7 (based on 37 hours per week). Contract: Permanent. 37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.00 and Friday 08.00 to 15.30. Term Time plus 2 training days in September and October (38.4 weeks per year). Making a difference every day from first-day absence calls and attendance monitoring to supporting families and conducting welfare checks, your work will have a direct impact on students' wellbeing, safety and achievement. The Attendance Support Assistant will contribute to our strong attendance provision and help ensure that every student attends school regularly, feels supported and is able to achieve their full potential. You will combine administration, family liaison, attendance interventions and student support, helping to ensure that all attendance processes are managed effectively and sensitively.
