About the role
We are seeking an exceptional, resourceful and highly professional colleague to take day-to-day responsibility for the School’s Reintegration Room, supporting a small number of students who at times need additional help to meet our very high expectations for behaviour and successfully reintegrate into lessons. The successful candidate will bring calm authority, sound judgement, strong professional boundaries and excellent interpersonal skills, creating a structured and purposeful environment in which students are supported to reflect, re-engage with learning and reintegrate successfully into school life. Working closely with pastoral, safeguarding, SEND and teaching colleagues, the role also requires strong organisational skills to coordinate work, maintain accurate records and support associated pastoral and administrative processes. This is a significant and rewarding role for someone who can combine consistency and high expectations with empathy, professionalism and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people.
We are proud of our strong, dedicated staff and warm community spirit, and we believe this role would be an ideal next step for an individual who thrives in a busy, high-achieving setting and who values professionalism, discretion, and a collaborative approach. For someone with appropriate experience and a desire to contribute to a school that consistently sets the bar high, this is a superb opportunity to develop further and make a lasting impact.
