Job description

We are looking to appoint a permanent Behaviour Support Officer for 37 hours per week, on a term time only basis to join our team at Liberty Academy. The core focus of this job is to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for implementing the schools Attendance and Behaviour Policy and improving the attendance and behaviour of identified students who attendance and/or behaviour is a barrier to their performance. Responsible for recording, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on attendance and behaviour data.
