Experience working in a professional catering, hospitality or commercial kitchen environment. Understands food safety, hygiene and health & safety requirements. Can organise workloads effectively and work independently. Takes pride in maintaining high standards and attention to detail. Has good communication skills and enjoys working with people. Confident using basic IT systems and digital record-keeping tools. Level 2 Food Safety qualification.
