About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Catering Assistant / Barista to join our friendly catering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service in a busy coffee shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold food and beverages to a high standard Provide a warm, friendly, and professional service to all customers Operate the till and handle payments accurately Assist with basic kitchen duties and food preparation Maintain cleanliness across kitchen and front-of-house areas Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations Monitor stock and keep work areas organised What We’re Looking For GCSE-level education (Maths & English or equivalent) Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic food hygiene knowledge Flexible approach to working across coffee shop and kitchen Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team or independently
