Class Teacher

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Year 6 Teacher to join our dedicated team and play a key role in preparing pupils for the next stage of their learning journey.

We are looking for a colleague who has:

Strong knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum, with specific experience teaching in Year 6 and Upper KS2. A successful track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning that leads to excellent pupil progress and strong outcomes, including preparation for end of Key Stage 2 assessments. Experience of designing and teaching effective lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and support pupils both academically and emotionally during this important transition year. High expectations of achievement, behaviour and personal development, with a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential. An ability to communicate effectively with children, young people, colleagues and parents/carers and is passionate about making a difference.
