About the role

We have a rare opportunity for an outstanding, enthusiastic, and caring Class Teacher to join our committed Early Years and Key Stage 1 team. We are seeking a candidate who :

Has a strong understanding of early childhood development, the EYFS framework, continuous provision, and Key Stage 1 curriculum requirements and is therefore able to develop Quality First Teaching. Demonstrates a passion for early reading and effective systematic synthetic phonics delivery. Creates an engaging, language-rich, and inclusive classroom environment rooted in mutual respect. Has high expectations for pupil progress, attainment, and positive behaviour management. Works collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure every child thrives. Is supportive of our distinctively Christian vision and ethos.
