Job description

Hallam Primary School are seeking to appoint a full-time, Integrated Resource Class Teacher from January 2027 (or sooner if the appointed candidate is able to) . The successful candidate will join us to complete a strong team and contribute to the school’s success. They must have a commitment to inclusion, diversity and equality to ensure that our whole community develops ‘Aims high and Dreams big’ . They must have outstanding practice in relation to teaching children with complex learning difficulties (including Autism, complex speech, language and communication needs.​ ​ We are looking to appoint someone who is keen to work as part of a team, willing to inspire and motivate pupils and who is passionate about inclusion The successful candidate must be able to show Outstanding practice in relation to teaching children with complex learning difficulties (including Autism, complex speech,languageand communication needs​ The ability to plan and deliver highly adapted learning activities to meet the needs of our learners with complex needs​ Delivery of highly engaging and motivating learning​ Thorough knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning issues​ Ability to generate, organise and analyse data in order to raise standards​ Thorough knowledge and understanding of assessment.​​​ ​Understanding of the school's ethos and behavioural policies​ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively​ Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, parents​ Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and situations​ The ability to inspire and support others to improve their own classroom practice
