Participate in pupil progress discussions and contribute to actions designed to improve outcomes. Prepare and present reports to parents and carers and communicate with them appropriately about pupils’ learning, progress and wellbeing.
Meeting pupils’ individual needs
Know the needs of pupils in the class and make appropriate provision for pupils with SEND, disadvantaged pupils, pupils requiring additional challenge and any other pupils with identified needs. Record and report safeguarding concerns, accidents and incidents promptly using the school’s agreed procedures.
Working with others
