Key Responsibilities Lead with Empathy and Strategy: Inspire and guide a diverse team towards achieving shared goals. Use your creativity and resilience to navigate the challenges of modern teaching environments. Champion Inclusion: Ensure all pupils, regardless of their needs or backgrounds, feel included and have access to high-quality education. Put pupils at the heart of everything you do. Foster a Strong School Community: Believe that a strong school community is the backbone of student success. Create an inclusive environment where both students and staff can excel. Break Down Barriers: Lead our inclusion, behaviour, and safeguarding strategies to ensure all pupils receive the support they need to become agents of their own personal growth. Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with staff, children, families, and external agencies to promote wellbeing and achievement. Guide staff in implementing strategies for diverse needs.
