About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join our friendly team and play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our school. This role combines financial administration, office management and personal assistant responsibilities, providing direct support to the Headteacher and staff team whilst helping to ensure the very best outcomes for our children. Pinvin is a welcoming and inclusive village school with a strong Christian ethos, where every person is valued and every child is encouraged to flourish academically, socially and spiritually. Our staff work collaboratively, support one another and are united by a shared commitment to providing an exceptional education for the children and families we serve. As a key member of our team, you will be the friendly face that greets visitors, the reassuring voice on the telephone, and a trusted administrative and financial support for the school. From managing financial processes and supporting school trips to maintaining records, liaising with parents and assisting the Headteacher, you will make a genuine difference every day. We are looking for someone who is professional, organised, approachable and able to maintain confidentiality.
