Year Leader Grade F Pro Rata - £24,999 point 13 (actual salary) Grade F Full time – point 13 (£29,064) – point 17 (£31,022) 37 hours per week Term time plus 1 week (39 weeks per year). Permanent Start date: as soon as possible Clarion Corvus Trust is seeking to appoint a non-teaching Year Leader at Pakefield High School, Lowestoft. The successful candidate will join a team that aims to provide outstanding support in ensuring our students have the best possible educational experience. You will create an ethos of success, establish the highest standards of conduct, personal presentation, attendance and punctuality for students in your key stage. Whilst each year lead has clear accountability, it is essential that the team works together to share best practice. We welcome applicants with a range of experiences, you will be someone who understands and enjoys working with young people, is well organised, flexible, adaptable and enjoys variety in your work. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate students and gain their respect.
