About the role

Oakwood Primary Academy is looking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Behaviour to join our friendly and supportive team. This role is offered on a term-time only, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week (8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday) This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to children who may need a little extra support to thrive at school. You will build positive relationships with pupils, help them overcome barriers to learning and support them to develop confidence, resilience and self-regulation. You will work alongside colleagues and families to create a positive, inclusive environment where every child has the opportunity to succeed.
