About the role

HLTA Abbey Grange CofE Academy Nature of Contract Permanent, term time only, 38 weeks per year plus 5 days (39 weeks) FTE Salary SO1, SCP 23 - 35, £35,570 to £37,563 per annum, pro rata Actual Salary £26,990 - £28,503, based on 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year Working Hours Part time, 32.5 per week

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:

Provide comprehensive support for SEND pupils, facilitate access to learning and be able to identify and mitigate barriers for pupils Be a passionate and committed advocate for vulnerable students and be comfortable delivering interventions

You will be:

A highly motivated and hard-working individual A team-player who can develop positive relationships with children, families and colleagues Someone who will support the Trust's Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
