Are you an enthusiastic and experienced HLTA looking to make a real impact? Cuddington Croft Primary School are seeking a dedicated and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and inclusive team on a temporary basis (with the potential to become permanent) This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across our schools, helping to shape the educational experience of our wonderful pupils. Your opportunity The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning, both individually and in small groups, ensuring that every child has access to a high-quality, inclusive education. This role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering planned lessons, supporting children with a range of needs, and committed to fostering a safe, engaging and positive learning environment. As part of GLF Schools, you'll also benefit from opportunities for professional development and collaboration across a wider network of supportive professionals. What we are looking for Hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and a HLTA qualification. Have experience delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning. Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development. Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning. Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents. Be motivated, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safeguarding. About Cuddington Croft Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Cuddington Croft, our cluster includes the following other schools; The Vale Primary School, Banstead Infant School, Warren Mead Infant and Junior Schools, Danetree Primary School and Floreat Wandsworth Primary School. The Details Start Date: January 2027 Salary: GLF Specialist 1 - £28,009 FTE Actual Salary: £8,943.31 Hours: 13.5hrs a week, 2 days a week (must include a Wednesday) 8.30am - 3.45pm (38.6 weeks per year) Closing Date: Sunday 20th September at 11.59pm Interview Date: W/C 21st September 2026
