About the role

Are you ready to create a space where every child feels understood, valued and empowered to thrive? About you… We have an Inclusion Manager in place for 3 days per week and are looking to recruit another job share for 2 days per week. You would be based in our new Student Support Centre and will be at the forefront of shaping a nurturing environment for children facing behavioural challenges and accessing alternative provision. This is not just about policies, this is about transforming lives, building trust and ensuring that every child receives the support they need to reach their full potential. Your leadership will drive positive change, working closely with educators, support teams and families to craft tailored strategies that foster inclusion in every sense. If you are passionate about making a real impact, this role is for you.
